Updating your business details

Name, address, phone and tax numbers live under Settings → Business. Documents pick up changes from the next send — papers already sent keep the details they were issued with.

Changing your legal name mid-job? Send a revision so the record matches.

That issued-with rule is what keeps old paperwork defensible: an invoice from March shows the address you had in March, even if you moved in April. Nothing you change in Settings ever rewrites a document a client already holds.
