Turning a quote into a contract

Open an accepted quote and choose Continue → Contract. The scope, pricing and client carry over; MeloAI adds your standard terms and a signature block for both parties.

Nothing is retyped, so nothing drifts. If the quote changes later, MeloDocs flags the contract so the two never quietly disagree.

The chain keeps going: from the contract, Continue builds the work order, the change orders and the invoice, and every paper lists its ancestors in the header. Open any document on the job and you can walk the whole trail in either direction.
