Inviting your crew to a workspace

Settings → Team → Invite sends an email; they sign in and see the same clients, rates and documents you do, scoped to their role.

Seats are billed per person per month, prorated from the day they join.

An invite that sits unanswered costs nothing — billing starts when the person actually joins. Most owners invite the office first and the field later: estimators and admin staff live in documents daily, crew leads often only need to read the work order.
