Connecting QuickBooks

Connect under Settings → Integrations → QuickBooks. Paid invoices, fees and payouts sync nightly as journal entries mapped to accounts you choose once.

Clients dedupe by name and email, so ten years of QuickBooks history does not double up.

The account mapping is a one-time decision, made once and reused every night — pick where income, fees and deposits land and the entries write themselves. If your accountant wants a different mapping later, change it and it applies from the next sync forward; entries already written stay put.
