Zapier and webhooks

The Zapier app fires on document sent, signed and paid, and can create documents from a trigger. Prefer raw webhooks? Register any URL under Settings → Developer.

Payloads carry the document number, client and totals — enough to act on without a follow-up call.

The common recipes are mundane and valuable: signed → post to the crew channel, paid → row in the bookkeeping sheet, new lead form → draft quote waiting in the morning. Webhook deliveries retry on failure and every attempt is logged under Settings → Developer, so a missed event is findable, not a mystery.
